1. Features of plastic track

Moderate Elasticity: Good elasticity better protects the leg joints of athletes and effectively prevents them from injuries during sports.

Wear Resistance: The surface of pavement has excellent wear resistance which ensures stability of the pavement structure over a long period of time. The surface will not be damaged if people run on it with shoes with no longer than 7mm spikes.

Aging Resistance: No fading or chalking results from ultraviolet (UV) light, ozone, wind and rain, or vitriol. Instead, the vibrant color can remain for a long period of time.

Shock Resistance: Tough elastic layer and buffer layer can absorb powerful impact.

Flat and Even Finish: Fluid material is used during construction. The surface is flat, waterproof, sun-screening, and non-slip, good for competition and training for professional players.

All-weather use: It can be used in any season and at any air temperature.

Environmental Protection: Stable material ensures no chemical change on site and no damage to people or environment.

2. Service Restriction

Please wear specialized running shoes, ordinary sports shoes, or flatties. Avoid stepping on with leather shoes or high-heeled shoes.

It is strictly prohibited to smoke or throw away cigarette ends in the track field. Please keep source of heat away to avoid damage to the surface of track.

It is strictly prohibited to destroy or damage the track with a knife or any other sharp objects.

Motor-driven vehicle and heavy-duty vehicle are prohibited to enter the field.

It is strictly prohibited to spit chewing gums around or stain the track field with machinery oil, so as to avoid inconvenience in cleaning.

3. Maintenance
For seasonal maintenance, two big cleanings per year should be done. It is recommended to wash the entire field with a high-pressure water pipe. During snow removal, make sure to use broom to sweep the snow. When necessary, markings and signs should be renewed.
If reasonably used, the track field requires no special maintenance but only necessary routine cleaning.
It is strictly prohibited to use chemical substances on a plastic track.
II. Non-Degranulation Composite Type

1. Product Description
With granule and watertight surface, the system is formed by mixing specially made polyurethane (PU) compound with granules, paving the mixture and spreading special colloidal particles on the surface. The synthetic finish has high-energy physical resilience, great wear resistance and resistance to various extreme weather conditions: long time of exposure to sun, rainy season and freezing weather. Top quality of the product is ensured.
2. Construction Technology
Firstly, water repellent treatment is performed on the cement foundation or sealing treatment is performed on the asphalt foundation. When the foundation layer is cured for 24 hours, the bottom layer of the track can be paved. Substrate of the track and 25%highly elastic black colloidal particles of 3-4mm diameter are blended according to national standard, and poured onto the field. Scrapers are used to scrape the surface flat and even with a pavement thickness of 9mm. After a curing time of 24 hours, 2mm thick track finish coat is poured onto the field and scraped even. Non-slip EPDM granules with the diameter of 3-5mm are uniformly spread all over. After 24 hours, those EPDM granules that do not stick are cleared away, and then special finish paint will be rolled or sprayed onto the track.
3. Characteristics
It has good overall performance, suitability for field for all levels of athletic contests, convenient maintenance, economy, capacity of absorbing powerful impact, resistance to aging, vibrant color, and optimum effect after paving on asphalt foundation. Regular
colors include rouge and grass green, while colors can be customized.
III. Non-degranulation Composite Type
1. Product Description
The system is high-performance coating structure consisting of multiple layers, which is characterized by long service life, great elasticity, and design in accordance with theory of mechanics. The bottom layer is formed by mixing PU binding agent and special granules in controlled proportion, then paving the mixture with the thickness controlled by professional construction machinery, and spreading special granules on the surface. The construction integrates the traditional and ventilated processes forconstruction of tracks, combining both processes’ advantages.
2. Construction Technology
To check the planeness of the foundation, a 3m ruler is used to measure and make sure the planeness is within 3mm all over the field. High-elastici
